Project  /  New Build Industrial, Heston, Middlesex

Client  /  Bericote

Value & Duration  /  £15m - 28 weeks

This project involved construction of two new industrial units on a site that had been cleared following its previous industrial use. Our works included removing asbestos contamination from existing soils on site. The remediation consultants were so impressed with our remediation works they invited the Environment Agency to site to view our working practices. The larger of the two units is an automated internet shopping facility for one of the world's major retailers. We have completed both the base build works and comprehensive fitting out works for the retailer. Due to long co-ordination and design phase we re-sequenced the programme to complete the external works as far as possible before the steel frame for the builiding arrived.
