A new build industrial estate comprising three units and 150,000ft2 of floor area. The works comprised construction of all three units with warehouse and office space, associated external works were also provided including heavy duty access roads, concrete service yards, car parking areas and landscaping. The existing levels on site required extensive earthworks together with the addition of perimeter retaining walls. S278 highways works were carried out in three locations on the estate to connect the buildings to the public highway.

In addition, contamination clearance and remediation works were required to clear the site of previous industrial activity, we employed our own specialist to prepare, monitor and verify the remediation method statement. The stormwater outfall connections required underground directional drilling to ensure that the sensitive ecological area adjacent the site was not disturbed.
